1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and ProcSolve, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding your use of the Anukriti mobile application (“App”).

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not download, install, access, or use the App.

These Terms supplement any terms and conditions that may apply through the platform from which you downloaded the App (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store).

2. Description of Service

Anukriti is a devotional application designed to support spiritual practice. The App provides access to mantras, devotional content, practice features, and AI-powered feedback to enhance your devotional journey. Key features include:

• A curated library of mantras and devotional content
• Practice tools for mantra recitation and devotional activities
• AI-powered practice feedback, including pronunciation and practice analysis
• Personalized content recommendations based on your preferences
• Notification reminders for daily practice and auspicious timings

3. Eligibility

To use the App, you must meet the following age requirements based on your jurisdiction:

• United States: You must be at least 13 years of age.
• United Kingdom: You must be at least 13 years of age.
• India: You must be at least 18 years of age, or have obtained verifiable parental or guardian consent.

By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable age requirement in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account Registration & Security

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security

We reserve the right to disable any user account at any time if, in our sole discretion, we determine that you have violated any provision of these Terms.

5. Subscription Terms

The App offers a premium subscription at $5.99 per month that provides access to enhanced features, including AI-powered practice feedback (pronunciation and practice analysis via ElevenLabs transcription and OpenRouter LLM processing).

5.1 Auto-Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID or Google Play account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.

5.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store settings:

• iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Anukriti > Cancel Subscription
• Android: Google Play Store > Subscriptions > Anukriti > Cancel Subscription

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your paid period.

5.3 Free Trial

If we offer a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee.

5.4 Refunds

All subscription payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies.

6. In-App Purchases

Any in-app purchases made within the App are managed and processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable app store platform. We do not directly process any payment information.

7. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the App, its servers, or any databases connected to the App
• Use the App to transmit any material that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, hateful, or otherwise objectionable
• Use any automated means, including bots, scrapers, or spiders, to access or interact with the App
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the App
• Use the App in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair it

8. Intellectual Property

The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality — including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, audio recordings, mantras, devotional content, graphics, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof — are owned by ProcSolve, LLC, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial devotional and educational purposes, subject to these Terms. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our App, except as permitted by these Terms.

9. User-Generated Content

The App may allow you to submit voice recordings and other content for AI-powered practice analysis (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant ProcSolve, LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and analyze your User Content solely for the purpose of providing you with AI-powered feedback and improving our services.

You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to any User Content you submit and that such content does not violate the rights of any third party. You understand that voice recordings submitted for practice analysis are processed by third-party AI services as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services to provide certain features:

• ElevenLabs: Provides speech-to-text transcription of user voice recordings submitted through the Practice tab.
• OpenRouter (LLM Providers): Processes transcribed text to generate AI-powered practice feedback on pronunciation and practice quality.

Your use of these features is subject to the respective privacy policies and terms of service of these third-party providers. For more information on how your data is processed by these services, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

We are not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of any third-party services. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.

11. Disclaimers

The App is provided for devotional and educational purposes only. The content available through the App, including mantras, devotional materials, and AI-generated feedback, is intended to support personal spiritual practice and should not be construed as religious advice, spiritual counseling, or a substitute for guidance from qualified religious or spiritual leaders.

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PROCSOLVE, LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, that the results obtained from the use of the App will be accurate or reliable, or that any defects in the App will be corrected.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PROCSOLVE, LLC, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the App
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the App
• Any content obtained from the App, including AI-generated feedback
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, OR FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by deleting your account through the App settings or by contacting us at info@procsolve.com.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including without limitation ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the State of California, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect, either through an in-app notification or by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of these Terms.

Your continued use of the App after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the App.
