My foray into procurement began in 2004, fresh out of my MBA program. I interviewed for a strategic sourcing role at Ariba India without actually knowing what it entailed. When asked about my experience, I candidly responded, "I don't know what strategic sourcing is, but I'm eager to learn and I learn fast!" That willingness to dive into the unknown set the tone for my career.

Over the years, I've nurtured an unending curiosity about emerging spend categories, technologies, and methodologies in this field. With each new project I have tackled, my passion grew for finding win-win solutions and forging partnerships where both sides could thrive. I found tremendous fulfillment in streamlining processes and leveraging innovations to solve problems.

Now, with over 20 years of experience under my belt, I'm thrilled to distill my learnings and expertise through my new venture, ProcSolve. My journey from wide-eyed novice to seasoned practitioner shaped my approach of sharing knowledge and empowering clients. I want to reignite their curiosity and equip their teams to achieve procurement excellence. When I reflect on my serendipitous start, I'm reminded that an open mind and hunger to learn can unlock immense possibilities. I can't wait to help clients maximize theirs.
